- Change the URL alias for your new preferred name.
- Click on Update to Save the changes.
If the URL is available, it will update immediately.
10. How do I add or remove an employee?
To manage staff access:
- Click the top menu with your name.
- Go to Teams
- Create a Team
- Invite a member by adding his/her/them email and select the necessary permissions
- To remove someone, click on your team, select the person you want and click on delete.
You may also assign different permissions based on roles.
11. How can I change the owner of the business account?
If ownership needs to be transferred:
- On the top menu, click on your name.
- Click Account.
- Edit the details of the new owner.

16. How do I turn ordering off?
To disable the ordering feature:
- Go to Store - Edit - Ordering.
- Switch Ordering Mode to Off.
- Save your changes.
Your menu will remain visible, but customers will not be able to place orders.
17. How do I delete my account or my business?
To delete a business:
- On the top menu. click Stores.
- Select the store you want to delete, click on the 3 dots symbol â‹® and select Delete.
To delete your full account:
- On the top menu, click on your account name.
- Click on Account
- Click Delete Account.
- Confirm the action.
This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
